A long-time, well-respected Field Auditor who I have met shared with me his heart-wrenching story of enforced disconnection from his family.

Merely for mentioning that he had disagreements with the way things were going under David Miscavige, he was “reported on,” and this report caused him to immediately lose his church “IHELP” license to practice Scientology counseling (auditing) as a profession.

Some years earlier, he had already been required to pay tens of thousands of dollars for intensives of “Sec Checking” (metered interrogation), extended merely because he mentioned keeping a diary for purposes of documenting specifics for use in writing knowledge reports (a responsibility given all scientologists), wherein he had included some “critical thoughts” about management.

After being held up weeks beyond his originally agreed-upon length of stay, Wolfgang chose not to cancel prior-arranged plans to be out of the country, which included auditing parishioners overseas (which is supposed to be a highly commendable activity).  Instead of being allowed to return to Flag, he faced a kangaroo-court Committee of Evidence which stripped his certificates and ordered complete re-training of a major auditing level.  Sec Checking was continued, to eventually total more than 150 hours of interrogations.

Wolfgang has gently omitted some of the actual thuggery and destruction by Scientology Inc behind the scenes.
He was summoned to Flag and paid $100,000 in sec checking and endured $100,000 worth of hard core sec checks for his “disaffection.”
His wife of 40 years and his 2 kids “knowledge reported” him or in some way worked with the “Church” against him
That’s right, own family members turned against the father of the family in cahoots with the “Church.”
Wolfgang has been auditing almost 40 years in the Church but it was thuggery all the way.
He was just about kicked out of his own home.
The way the “Church” turned his family against him is the hallmark of Scientology Inc.’s relentless intention to destroy the bond of family.
Business as usual.

An insidious component in the drama, is the role that C/Ses are employed to play in imposing David Miscavige’s verbal arbitraries into the group whose stated basis of agreement is the technology and policy of L. Ron Hubbard, the founder of the Scientology religion.  Entrusted with the care of the person receiving counseling, their orders carry weight.  So in the new world order of David Miscavige they play a key role in forwarding his arbitrary directives, in this case forbidding a person involved in counseling from leaving the base to attend to personal matters, despite these becoming too distracting to the person for it to make any sense to press onward.  In toeing the RTC line, it is nothing to them to cause you to lose a $3,000 flight ticket so you can be made to endure another round of interrogation.

So even after all that was finally resolved, owing to his comments reported to David Miscavige’s subservient ethics officers, these last years he has had to again face continued professional sanctions and the resulting loss of income from the revocation of his license, even while appealing to and cooperating with a review Committee of Evidence.

Anyone who has expressed disagreements around church scientologists is familiar with the following familiar refrain:

PUT IT ON THE CORRECT LINES AND IT WILL BE HANDLED.

So he did.

Soon after the above report on his negative, but private remarks, he decided to put what he knew on the “correct lines.”   Having been recently declared a “suppressive person” (untouchable to scientologists, including his wife of 38 years and their two daughters and son), he has now issued the text of that report made on the “correct lines” in his blog here:

And from that report, I have reproduced a quote from his epilogue to illustrate the kind of contributions he made as a Scientologist who believed in, respected and practiced, the standard technology of Scientology auditing developed by L. Ron Hubbard:

“I have been a Scientologist for 43 years. I traded my profession of being an engineer with becoming a full-time Scientology auditor. I have weathered many attacks on Scientology and on me personally because I stood up for Scientology. While living in Germany I handled a number of attacks together with OSA.
When LRH wrote most of his policies on suppression, Scientology was faced with serious attacks from outside sources and people who had no knowledge what Scientology really represented. Scientology was a big threat to them.”

That newly re-produced report, then placed only “on the correct lines” eventually earned him a “Committee of Evidence” and an immediate, unwritten label of “not in good standing” – despite keeping his disagreements to himself.  This was enough to pull his family members into ethics and they were influenced to “disconnect” from him (shun associating with him) long before the results of the Committee of Evidence were released.  In other words, in violation of the old “if it isn’t written it isn’t true” mainstay of “Keeping Scientology Working.”

So.  A guy devotes his life to Scientology.  Serves on staff.  Trains to the highest levels.  Cooperates with delivering Scientology to public and sending that public to Flag (corporate scientology’s highest service organization) and other higher organizations.  Defends Scientology at grave risk to his livelihood, where it was under heavy attack in Germany.

And this is the thanks he gets.  This is how the church treats its heroic veterans.

Veteran auditors obviously have no right to breathe a word of disagreement with management to anyone around.  This is the kind of thing we’d expect to see in North Korea.  Not in America.

It’s the 11th hour – do you know where your church is?

And another family is shattered.  Ruined.  A thriving field auditing practice crippled.  A long-term, career auditor forced to start his life over after more than two years of punishing economic sanctions.

All to show who’s boss:

Again, in this case, “disconnection” was a fait accompli (already accomplished) long before the findings of the committee were released.  Now get this:  these “findings” were not even ever actually released.  The whole submission was simply intercepted by RTC and he was sent a letter through a church ethics officer informing him that he had been “declared a suppressive person” – but not shown any copy of the declare or the findings and recommendations of the committee – all clearly in violation of Scientology Ethics and Justice policy.

Disconnection hurts.   It has repercussions across the dynamics.  And in this case another family has been tragically and unnecessarily ripped apart to satisfy the whims of a corrupt dictator who long ago usurped L. Ron Hubbard’s legacy with manipulation and treachery.

David Miscavige Engineers… Nasty Attack on Family

While Director of Special Affairs at the Celebrity Centre Dallas, I, Scott Gordon, started and ran an active local chapter of the Citizens Commission on Human Rights, founded by the late, great Thomas Szasz, champion of liberty and opponent of coercive political psychiatry.

CCHR North Texas was closely allied with CCHR Texas, perhaps the most effective CCHR group on the planet, and was a descendent of Dallas CCHR Investigator Bob Frybarger’s phenomenal take-down of psychiatric fraud in the largest-ever FBI raid of its kind in the early 1990’s on Charter hospital and its pay-off scheme which recruited patients into enforced psychiatric treatment for all the insurance money they could bilk.

I oversaw the primary function of the group newly formed – to field and follow-up on, complaints from victims of the abuses of coercive psychiatry.  One particularly sinister organization that figured into the harassment and enforced deprivation of children from their parents, was a group operating extra-constitutionally (a law unto themselves, claiming right to seize children without a writ of Habeus Corpus or other constitutional due process measures that we have grown to expect since the founding of this country) known as CHILD PROTECTIVE SERVICES.

And in my briefings to higher-ups in the Social Reform wing of the Office of Special Affairs, I learned that  Child Protective Services was known to the church as a key component of suppressive, coercive psychiatry.

It was so feared in fact, that I was advised to proceed “cautiously” (undaunted, I did proceed, quietly assisting more than one mother to recover custody of her children) and to avoid publicly revealing the abuses being uncovered “until such time as we can afford to do so” (which was never, because church management continues to undermine the heroic efforts of its volunteers by shamelessly exploiting its PR value and channeling the resulting monetary contributions into dazzling idle-org-style, extravagant displays, leaving individual investigators such as Ken Kramer, to develop effective campaigns using their own personal resources).

(I know all about that – the above accomplishments required my own personal time and money investments to pull off).

As in any group, there are “good and bad” members and for sure, not all of CPS offices are corrupt, however, the number of complaints reaching the public (with multiples more suppressed or invalidated through terror) leaves little doubt that the agency has operated outside the law and could be therefore considered rogue and dangerous.  Moreover, the rules (or rather, lack of rules) that these agencies are allowed to operate from, practically guarantee that abuses will occur and that the system will be manipulated suppressively (and as you are about to learn, David Miscavige’s OSA and/or Attorney-hired Private Investigator minions have apparently attempted this very despicable manipulation at his behest).

So, hey – chills ran up and down my spine when I got into this brief report by ex-Scientologist mother of two (third on the way), Claire Headley, who with her husband Marc, in recent years left the church to start a new life and their own family after growing up in the Sea Organization, the lifetime service organization that is used to manage the corporate church of scientology.

This makes David Miscavige, author of the campaign of terror waged against the Headleys for daring to speak the truth about their experiences in the cult, a WILLFUL AND KNOWING ACCOMPLICE in utilizing THE SAME TERROR OF UNCONSTITUTIONAL SEIZURE employed over the past century in state-sponsored PSYCHIATRIC terrorism against POLITICAL OPPONENTS – that LRH wrote against in his Freedom Magazine articles:

The children of Marc and Claire Headley were in this instance, very lucky.  Their auditor-trained, very “theta” Mom was able to demonstrate to a decently-oriented CPS investigator that any complaint about their home environment was clearly false.

It doesn’t matter whether you are “in” or “out” of the “church” of Scientology, or what you think of Marc Headley’s courageous whistleblowing and his insistence he is now an “ex”-Scientologist.  This should be a point of grave concern as it covertly though clearly, violates Human Rights and threatens their very existence in our civil society.

I am not exaggerating the implications here, I promise you.

David Miscavige was willing to put the Headleys’ kids at risk of coercive psychiatric drugging (a very common outcome of foster home placement) and to possibly tear apart their family*, by engineering a knowingly FALSE REPORT to one of the most suppressive agencies ever conceived on planet Earth.

*(tragically, removal or death of children further statistically favors the split-up of their parents)

There is one word to describe this:

Evil.
